The property’s location, with its optimal orientation and harmonious coexistence with the surroundings, has given rise to a residence that will undoubtedly be distinguished by its modern minimalist aesthetics.

A noteworthy challenge in the design process was positioning the central staircase core in a manner that accentuates all the architectural elements of both the property and its setting. This project’s most ambitious endeavor was crafting a property that would consistently meet the high standards of its residents while achieving the coveted A+ energy efficiency rating. Bright and welcoming apartments make the most of natural orientations and strategically placed, generously sized openings that marry aesthetics with functionality, both on an individual and collective level.
Each apartment boasts ergonomic and functional designs across all areas. Kitchens and bathrooms are thoughtfully tailored for each owner, with material selections aligned with their specific needs and preferences, all curated with the continuous support of our dedicated decorators.
The pinnacle of achievement for this property is its A+ energy rating, a feat accomplished through the installation of photovoltaic systems, energy-efficient windows, a 10cm thermal facade, and cutting-edge heat pumps for heating and cooling.
