This project offers two-storey apartments in a quiet and sparsely populated area of Piraeus, famous for its largest port in the Mediterranean. The apartments come in both two and four bedrooms, and there are also one-bedroom maisonettes. A comfortable microclimate in each room is provided by a heating system based on heat pumps.
The bathrooms use high-quality sanitary ware from Grohe, which emphasizes the status and quality of the apartments. The kitchens are equipped with modern European equipment, which will delight both beginners and experienced cooks. Particular attention should be paid to the energy efficiency of buildings corresponding to class A, which provides significant savings on utility bills. The project also provides infrastructure for modern urban transport, namely sockets for charging electric vehicles.
The location of the apartments ideally combines privacy with proximity to the cultural and social infrastructure of the city. A short walk away is the renovated park, where the Lipasmata Drapetsonas factory was previously located, and where you can now enjoy views of the sea and the ships entering the port. The coastal promenade will take you to Peiraiki and picturesque Mikrolimano.
